A Night with Plantation Rum

While we don't like to play favorites with spirits, rum ranks pretty high on our list! We think everyone should love rum too, and are thrilled to showcase its versatility with one of our mainstay spirits partners.
Join us on Monday, October 22nd at 6:30pm to explore the world of island rum at No. 9 Park with Sean Frederick of Maison Ferrand. Paired with a four course menu created by Chef de Cuisine Heather Neri and Executive Pastry Chef Tab Volpe, guests will taste their way through a progression of Plantation Rums, including Plantation Single Cask Barbados XO, Plantation Pineapple, and Plantation's newest rum, Xaymaca Special Dry. We'll also have a few surprises in store, in addition to the evening's menu!
